Nice feel to the cardigan, but colour isn’t as shown, keeping it as it took forever to arrive and can’t face a return.

A few years ago, I bought a purple polo neck jumper from Pure. The quality was exceptional and it’s my winter staple. I ordered a grey cashmere cardigan hoping the quality would be the same. The colour was slightly marled, which I don’t like as I think it looks cheap, and the wool felt a bit scratchy. I have returned it. Customer service is quick and efficient.

The process of having this cardigan arrive was not straightforward and involved 2 phone calls to call centres outside the UK - they were helpful but the comms from Pure were not good. So there was a delay to the stock arriving in - no email/text sent. Also the courier left the parcel just in front of my front door - anyone could have seen it and taken my parcel. Luckily my neighbours were in, saw it there and took it inside to store safely. It was an expensive item and the service around its delivery were not very good
