Very sadly, I am very disappointed and for the first time so even more of a shock ....... the bag arrived and it is such poor quality and certainly not reversible. Looks cheap and is already showing signs of wear after only two outings to work. The handles are thin and further compromise the reduced quality of this product. The bag cost nearly £80 and that was after a 20% discount! I should have bought one of the shoulder bags instead. A spectacular waste of my hard-earned money I am afraid.
