FOUNDERS
Nick Falkingham, Managing Director, has been the architect of the company's strategy and values. Nick has enjoyed several entrepreneurial ventures but none that have been as rewarding as launching and steering Pure to where it is today.
Nick's business partner, Adam Holdsworth, is the cashmere expert, whose intimate knowledge of both Inner & Outer Mongolia and its cashmere market continues to enable Pure source direct gaining access to the very best quality cashmere, whilst cutting out middlemen, thus making the luxury of the finest cashmere accessible to a wider audience.
Adam still travels thousands of miles, many times a year, to manage the relationships with our partners in Inner Mongolia as well as our Pure Mongolia team - a tight knit team of local Inner Mongolian cashmere experts who check, double-check and triple-check everything down to the tiniest technical detail.
Nick lives in Ripon, North Yorkshire close by the Harrogate headquarters and is married to Becky and has three children, Ellie, Max and Freddie.
Adam lives in Ilkley, West Yorkshire and is married to Kirsty and has four children, Hebe, Henry, Tabitha and Polly.
